Originally founded in 1979 as a community project through the Ralston Chamber of Commerce, Ralston Community Theatre was intended as an entertainment cornerstone around the 4th of July festivities in Ralston. Starting in the 1980’s Ralston Community Theatre was officially created, to specifically carry out our mission of furthering the art of musical theatre within the Ralston community. To this day we are dedicated to the production of high-quality musical theatre and the support of arts within the Greater Omaha Area. Continually recognized as a premier arts organization, Ralston Community Theatre looks forward to many more years serving the Greater Omaha community.
Who is Ralston Community Theatre?
Offering one main stage production in the summer and supplementary children’s programming throughout the year, Ralston Community Theater partners with Ralston Public Schools to make use of the state-of-the-art Ralston Performing Arts Center located inside of Ralston High School. Both our main stage production and children’s programming utilize this stunning space, engaging audience sizes of 500+. Our main stage production in the summer runs for three weeks, with three performances a week. Our Children’s Programming runs for one week with three performances.
